At Fort Washington Medical Center (FWMC), I focused on brand development and internal communications. I led marketing campaigns to promote their specialty physicians and the hospital to residents and communities of southwestern Prince George’s County. I worked with both in-house designers and vendors to develop marketing concepts, manage project timeline, and measure KPIs to ensure objectives were met. Campaigns include:

Campaign: Vascular Lab Clinic Opening

Promote new service line to community members and partnering primary care offices. My role: photoshoot set-up, develop marketing collateral

Campaign: Meet the President of FWMC

Monthly event series for local officials and Prince George's County community members to meet the president of the hospital, physicians, and leaders to discuss upcoming changes at the hospital. My role: connect with potential guests, develop marketing materials (hospital brochure, digital ads, invitation) to promote the event on Facebook, Instagram, and at outreach events. Result: 25 attendees per event

Campaign: Introduce New Specialty Physicians

FWMC welcomed four specialty physicians in one year. The goal was to bring 50 new patients for each physician and increase awareness of their service lines. My role: photoshoot set-up, copywriting, approve final ads, develop bio cards and referral cards, secure ad space

Campaign: Recruitment Efforts (May 2022)

FWMC wanted to increase their workforce and fill 15% of vacant roles. The Marketing team created print and digital ads to promote job openings throughout the organization. My role: photoshoot set-up, approve final ads, secure ad space. Result: averaged 15 new hires per month starting August 2022
